Each individual property is now surveyed by a director. Who has a minimum of 12 years experience in the carpet
and flooring trade. Our extensive knowledge and experience can only serve to advise and accurately determine the
right product for your property.
Why home visits? Its simple, the only way we can be sure that you are 100% happy with the carpet or flooring product is to show you a carpet sample
in the very surroundings that it will be fitted. Showroom lighting is often very different to household lighting.
By surveying every potential job, we ensure that the responsibility for any measuring errors remains completely
with us, reducing the potential for any embarrassment or financial loss on the part of the client.
All site visits and assessments are carried out free of charge, without any obligation. We promise to never use
any forceful or pressurized sales tactics. Quite simply, we aim to provide an honest respectful service.
